The City of Ponca City is in the process of submitting a Residential Safe Room Grant to FEMA. Requirements of any potential program would require owners to contribute 25 percent of the cost of the safe room.

If you are interested in installing a residential safe room and are located within the city limits of Ponca City, please plan on attending a public meeting in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., or 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 13th.
