Claravall is meeting with 14- and 15-year-old students who are thinking about getting a job or who currently have a job.

He talks about labor laws and wages, but he also talks about the necessity of keeping good grades and the importance of a good attendance record.

Clockwise from upper left are students Grace Strah; Checotah Fulks; Destiny Chambers, and speaker Lester Claravall.
